At CUCU Covers, we want you to love your custom style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products. If your cover doesn't fit your card or your aesthetic perfectly, we are here to make it right.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place your unused CUCU Covers in their original packaging to ensure they remain flat and protected during transit.

Affix the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your envelope or mailer.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
